We know your pet will love our Calmy supplements, but if Calmy isn’t for them, we make refunds easy. Please contact us to get started on your refund.
Contact Us
- In order to get a refund, you must contact our support team: hello@calmypets.com or by visiting our Contact us page.
- Refunds must be initiated within 60 days of order.
- If your order is damaged upon arrival, please email us with photo proof and interior contents and we will send you a new item.
- Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed upon approval.
- Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume.
